It depends on the particular goal or need. For symptomatic short term relief or intervention I go with the 'traditional' medicine approach. For long term health goals I definitely trend to the holistic support treatments/supplements. This requires consistency. I have been getting flu shots and will get the 2nd Covid vaccine tomorrow. I have changed my attitude on this over time and I feel confident that I am making the wisest choices. I still use my supplements as before.
