My education, training, and experience as an Architect provide benefits for many clients. My services include assessing and evaluating properties, considering alternatives to establish potential value, listing properties for sale or lease, working with buyers or investors, and negotiating leases.

For one investor, disappointed in a property because it lacked laundry facilities, I suggested a location where one could be added with minimum disruption. For a residential client, I saw that the ceiling height in the basement was tall enough for a living space without requiring a variance. For another, I found hidden value in a single family home that contained a basement apartment which needed few changes to turn the entire property into a much more valuable two-family residence.

I volunteer for various community groups including The Friends of Cambridge Public Library, The Cambridge Jazz Festival, Mount Auburn Hospital, and Somerville's Historic Preservation Commission.
