To your credit, at least you ask your customers how they found you.

A business needs to be on as many 'channels' or 'sites' as possible to not only give your customer confidence, but the search engines. The search engines look for consistency in information and by not being in charge of your own online reputation, the aggregators 'think big sweepers' will gather incorrect information as well as individual input 'think Yelp'. Anytime you can be in control of your online reputation and information, take it.

As for not knowing if anyone ever visited, Google Analytics should be employed to give you that data. Posting fresh information on the site will help as well. Posting to your Facebook and other social channels ideas from your website and further ideas from Facebook back to your website will help you drive traffic back and forth and then you can branch out.

More to discuss, but these are great places to start. Short answer - Keep it :-)

All the best to you,

Vickie
