About Us
As a 30 year resident of the South Bay and also as a Realtor for over 20 years, I can honestly say I'm crazy about Campbell, Cambrian, Blossom Valley, and Almaden Valley areas as that's where I spend most of my time! All 3 of my children graduated from our local public schools, and have continued onto successful college experiences. I enjoy spending time with my clients, learning about them, their families, and all of their hopes and dreams. Every client is different, all their stories are unique in many ways, and I feel blessed to be able to help as many people as possible with their real estate needs.
How We Got Started
I began in real estate when trying to buy my first home. I looked at so many homes, and wrote so many offers, that my agent just gave me his "key" to the homes and had me go on my own. I just never stopped!!

Working with a lender you know is the best possible situation, as each of you are used to each other's specific working styles, and can easily anticipate a response based upon past experience. In recommending lenders/mortgage brokers to clients, the client is only focused on one thing, the interest rate. Realtors, however, are concerned about accessibility (can I reach you on the weekend if needed?), ease of transaction, timeline for closing (can you close in 21 days? 14 days?), and the ability to "work-around" lender roadblocks while not endangering the deal. Finally, is the lender able to explain all the ins and outs of the loan to the borrower so that they completely understand what's next. Lenders are very important to our business, as without the lender, agents can't get their transactions closed, unless of course, it's an all cash deal.

Door knocking and open houses provide a steady stream of prospects, using Alignable to meet with professionals and increase each others businesses through mutual referrals, and direct mail with FSBO series of postcards directing them to various landing pages seems to keep my new clients list growing. As a Keller Williams Realty agent it's part of our culture to help out in our community. During this past year, I served beer to thirsty celebrants as they enjoyed wonderful music and delicious food at the recent Campbell Music Festival, and during their 2017 Campbell Oktoberfest. Additionally, I was the leader of the SCCAOR "RSVP" - Campbell office for 2 years running in 2013 and 2014, which helped Senior Citizens by performing light interior and exterior chores, such as replacing light bulbs and filters, trimming hedges, weeding, flipping mattresses, packing boxes, and just spending time with this often overlooked population. Of course, our biggest event is our Red Day, where we send 2 shifts of agents into specific location such as Rosemary Elementary School, a Los Gatos Senior Center, and in 2017, we cleaned up the playground at Vasonna that was over-run by last year's flooding. Giving back is not only a part of the KW culture, it's always been something I've done on an individual basis, including involving my three daughters as well.

Any realtor can generate this for you, but you'd have to be specific regarding how far back you'd like to go, and in what areas. May I inquire as to the purpose for the list of sold properties?
