About Us
Alpine Summit Home Inspections is a Canmore based company that provides home and property inspection services to the Bow Valley. The owner is a Certified Master Inspector and Certified Thermographer.
How We Got Started
After 10 years with Parks Canada, I returned to school to study Civil Engineering Technology at SAIT, graduating with honors. I apprenticed in Home Inspection Study with a Certified Master Inspector before starting my own company in Canmore in 2013.

I am a home inspector in a tourist town in Alberta and I am still open for business, but I am only inspecting unoccupied dwellings to comply with the social distancing regulations. I sent around an email to my real estate agent contacts telling them this. To tell you the truth, business has dropped off to just about nil because people are doing the responsible thing and staying home to combat the pandemic. Also, so many people are out of work and the economy is uncertain, so real estate sales have slowed drastically. That is good advice to do the InterNACHI Covid-19 course. Thanks.
