We're telling customers to add 2-3 days to expected delivery times. When packages don't show, we open a missing mail search request. That's worked 95% of the time to get the package moving again. The one time it didn't it was priority mail / insured so we got our refund and sent the customer a...

Feedback from the customer keeps us moving! When OVER 1% of your customer leave online reviews, that's good. When they're all 5 star reviews, well, you work nights and weekends to keep that happening.
