After that, we set up an appointment to meet the home owner in person and familiarize ourselves with their home. We draw up a contract and submit it via email, allowing them to consider hiring us without the pressure. Typically, by the time we start the job, they know us, they know what we're going to do, and they know what to expect. We go out of our way to deliver on our promise and leave a satisfied customer.
