I don't remember how much the percentage breakdown was when I sold my art at the local arts center years ago. 15%:85% would be okay. The artist gets the artwork seen or sold, and the host has good art decorating the spaces; a symbiotic relationship.

I agree with Abel. Become an entrepreneur and use your talents for yourself. Even in large companies, the same things can happen but, you will have more legal leverage. You cannot possibly be happy there.
