Make sure the Lender has programs to fit your clients needs, not all clients are A paper for the banks. Clients should NOT be paying any upfront points in today's market.

Our company provides internet leads for our Loan Officers. We purchase them for our Forward and Reverse Mortgages. We don't charge our Loan Officers for these leads as the commission on company paid leads are different from self generated. We feel we compensate them well. Hope that helps. We are...
