My carpet looks brand new and smells new as well. They place (plastic or something) under the legs of my chairs to be sure if any water happens to be there, my chairs are not ruined. They put booties on their feet when they enter, to be sure they bring nothing in to your home. I am so happy with them and I highly recommend them!"
