I would recommend Comcast because it meets our needs. The service is reliable, fast and allows us therefore, to be efficient. I have also seen an improvement in the customer service in general since we signed on and I appreciate that.

We have paid for advertising with some regularity over the past year or so. For us, I think it is helpful in reaching new potential clients to build awareness about our services but it has to be done strategically. For example, we ran a little contest in targeted area directly around our business...

For example, we ran a little contest in targeted area directly around our business and it ended up having great engagement which brought us an opportunity to speak at a local mom's group (our target market).
I find Constant Contact to be an easy way to stay in touch with out customers and more importantly top of mind. The analytics allow us to know for certain if what we are "trying" is working and as you know, measuring our efforts is important so we don't waste time on what's not working.

Also, Constant Contact was fairly easy for me to learn and your support team was very helpful when I needed help which made taking over my own newsletter communication creation and maintenance was pretty seamless and smooth!
Last key point is the add on features, like the ability to take surveys is important to us and a "service" that I think many of your potential customers would benefit from.
