I have the pleasure of operating a nonprofit organization.I think whats more important when dealing with the public, is the level of Customer Service, over discounts. I have never heard a customer recommend a company, an agency and or service to others with more enthusiasm, than when they have received a very high-level of Customer Service. In all of our industries across this country, we have shifted our focus more on profits than on our service to our customers. When we put our products on the market, our profit margins are built in to total price,we should never over price our market. The other consideration to this equation is the products themselves for your particular market. When you have done your homework on buying and or manufacturing products for your market, you should not have a problem moving those products, however if you have a problem moving those items, then discounts is the way to go. Good Products,Good product Appeal,Great Customer Service,Good Stocking Levels, and Great Professional Staff, this is how you increase your income. REPEAT CUSTOMER, not giving Discounts. This foundation works in any of our Industries.
