I don't believe its necessary to have a cleaning company sign a contract to do residential cleaning. However, asking a cleaning company to show general liability will protect the home owner in case something is broken.

We are offering a fogging service to businesses and homes which is similar to bug fogging, but instead of bug fogging, we utilize a machine that releases a hospital-grade disinfectant (virucide) fog into the home or business that kills germs/viruses including the Coronavirus. Some customers prefer us to just use our hospital grade virucide on all touch-point (counter-tops, door knobs, tables, etc) instead of fogging. Whatever the case, we show our customers the MSDS data sheet for the virucide to ensure customers that disinfectant works to kill the Coronavirus and a host of other germs.
