Cultivate relationships with other contractors and your clients. It takes time and persistence. I started 2018 with 30 houses already booked for this year. I’m hoping it’s my best year to date!! I don’t compete with pricing. I compete with the service and quality I offer. This is my fifth year in business and for the first time ever I am already booked out for next years Painting season. I have increased my prices on a yearly basis in order to provide the best services possible.
I usually answer by saying I would love to work with them on their projects but that I will only do so with the best products. In the end I’m saving them money based on the fact that they won’t need to paint again for a longer period of time. I can save them thousands down the road or a few hundred now.
I know which one I would choose
I don't lower my prices. We stand behind our services 100%. I am sure that there will always be someone willing to do the job cheaper than I will. I offer our clients a guarantee that our work, our professionalism and our standards are worth the extra money.

I had to decide just a few years ago what kind of painting company I wanted to represent. Each house we finish is its own advertising with the influence of social media. For that reason we make sure that each and every house is one we can walk away from proud to leave our sign in the yard.
