Look at spending more on marketing. Be aggressive during the down and slow times. If you don’t have a budget for marketing. Get social. Go out and meet in other biz social settings. Get on line. Join more groups on line. Grow your network when times are slow.

Making your down time activity into time to eventually increase business is so on the money - their money ! The Plandemic has conditioned folks to stay sequestered . If they do , the problems will grow . Get up and get out - lose the fear !

This is an excellent idea, and those SMBs that can network at places like flea mkts, go there set up a table, place business cards, flyers, etc on it, and don't forget that most of these venues have limited entrances / exits, go to those & pass flyers / cards as people enter. But most of all be very outgoing, and talk to everyone including other vendors.
