Secretary of State and IRS website you can file for an EIN and set it up. You will need to do a search on state web site to confirm name availability and have your operating agreement with ownership and roles for each office. This may require legal counsel.

Let the relationship and the education be your motive. People will see your Sincerity and your wisdom. Markets Now: Well things are selling and lending is good for those that qualify. Focusing on higher end markets is good. Properties are moving quickly in the investment market. Multi family is doing well Single family is Hot for Flips. Commercial Single use is seeing a spike from growing service base business. I would expect allot of vacant buildings that need to be repurposed because of Covid Shut Downs. Industrial warehouse is Red Hot!!! Again great time to sell for all the reasons everyone stated plus some. ‘“Know Thy Local Market” Have a Rifle mentality not a Shot gun. Happy Hunting!
