Since April 2020, Tru You Training and Coaching has offered Virtual LIVE Group Fitness Sessions support people to stay fit in a safe way.  People can join us virtually in a group session so they are not working out by themselves at home.  Many of my clients love that accountability and community... (more) Since April 2020, Tru You Training and Coaching has offered Virtual LIVE Group Fitness Sessions support people to stay fit in a safe way.  People can join us virtually in a group session so they are not working out by themselves at home.  Many of my clients love that accountability and community with these types of session.  They have told me that they would not be working out as much or as hard if not for working out with the Tru You Fitness Sessions.   As well, the trainings help my clients get out of the mind chatter during the sessions and into their bodies.  2020 has been an emotional year which takes a tool on our bodies. I look forward to continuing to support people through the colder winter months by coming together as a group or in private personal training sessions.  Staying healthy is the best thing we can do for ourselves, family, friends and community!
