Create a friends and family day monthly or quarterly. make a weekend of it whereby on Saturday you may have a dinner or outdoor gathering and then on Sunday have your message tailored towards new converts or non-believers coming to the Kingdom. Also, during the service, recognize the one or the family that brings the most guests. If you are trying to draw young adults, start the friends and family day weekend on a Friday with a gathering at a local club.
Finally, look around your community and if you have businesses in the area, have a business day at your church and recognize the owners for their service to the community. Also, meet with local government officials, law enforcement, and first respondents and have a recognition day for them and their families recognizing there service to the community.
