I have 2 recommendations.
The first is to join a BNI networking group. If you are not familiar their website is www.bni.com. They meet weekly with the sole purpose of passing each other warm leads. You may also contact me and I would be happy to discuss with you further. In my opinion, your dollars are much better spent here than to buy leads.
That being said, if you still want to purchase leads, the best place I found is parasol leads but I am not sure if they offer health insurance leads. www.parasolleads.com

Thanks for your response. I have started joining a lot of local groups and it has helped get my name out there. My upline manager has even recommended going door to door.
