Honesty, integrity, and reliable --- when I connect them with a buyer, I want to move on to the next person knowing my client is being taken care of the best way they can be taken care of with the least amount of hassle for my buyers. How do real estate agents pick and refer roofing and construction contractors?

I typically ask around if other agents have had good experiences with a  roofer and who the roofer is.  I then call and chat with roofing company and try them out.  If they are good then they go on my list of roofers to recommend.   I find that the best way to judge  any contractor.    (more) I typically ask around if other agents have had good experiences with a  roofer and who the roofer is.  I then call and chat with roofing company and try them out.  If they are good then they go on my list of roofers to recommend.   I find that the best way to judge  any contractor.
