Well to answer this is tough. I work on a small team, but I can say this about having the right people in place! Just be honest in your intentions as you are hiring, do not promise what you promote if you can not deliver it! So many of these people promise big stuff, and usually leads to...

To me either one would be fine! As a team you win and lose together! One person can not carry it all, that's why it is called a team. I currently am on the #1 team at my agency! But we all contribute and make the team the best!

My passion is to help families and individuals achieve their dreams! One of our biggest dreams is to own our own home! I strive to help everyone full fill this desire they have! Finding a perfect home for someone, or helping someone sell a home to buy a different one is very rewarding. Gives you a great sense of accomplishment! When you finally get to the closing table and see all the smiles and different emotions it really means everything knowing you did what they asked! and or were wanting to accomplish! Everyone's needs are different, and to see the result, just adds to everyone's happiness! So that fuels my passion!
I enjoy both! But with Buyers, I think you get to know your client a little more, and you spend lots more time with them showing houses and so forth. It just gives you a feeling of accomplishment when they find that house, and you are under contract!

Being relatively young in the business (2 years) hard to say? I have not had to experience that part yet. I am sure it has it's pros and cons! According to my team leader, he said I would do better in a tougher economy because it would eliminate a lot of the competition from other agents that are...
