This is public information, 3rd, get references. If your not doing any of this you might as well take in a homeless person and let them stay for free!
Get your customers even if you have to charge the lower rate. Do a really good and clean up. Gradually raise your costs after after you have found loyal people. Most people will pay extra for better service. You don’t want customers that are only worried about price!
