From our humble beginnings in a local Church kitchen to our new modern culinary facilities with all the bells and whistles. We create a dreamland of fresh from scratch delicacies every day with fun, laughter and a whole lot of love. God has seen fit to keep us around for the last 16 years mostly by word of mouth. I seriously doubt that anyone can or will answer a question. I will continue reviewing the stuff Alignable puts up but I really can't connect without going outside of Alignable.

If the Federal Government mandates that I have to hire folks for $15, $20, why not $100 an hour. I will have to raise my prices accordingly. Companies don't pay employees, customers do. Companies don't pay taxes, customers do. Companies exist to make money, they don't pay employees, taxes, goods, services, etc. It's all a pass through. Until the pea brains that come up with this repugnant socialist drivel understand the principals of logic and purpose of entrepreneurialism, we, who do understand, must endure their childish notions.

The bills are piling up with no real end in site except to discontinue doing business and filing bankruptcy, both personal and business. We have already sold the house and investments with the proceeds going to business debt. As business owners the Unemployment benefits aren't a real option. Homelessness and soup kitchens are on the horizon.

Another PPP with flexibility to invest in advertising and procurement of new individual packaging is desperately needed in the catering industry. It's just not enough to pay people not to show up for work. We need to create new work for them to come back to.
