The MISSION of this organization is to be a voice, resource and connection for all women veterans who have served, or are serving, in any branch of the U.S military concerning benefits, education, employment, networking and quality of life. The ORGANIZATION’S PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES include: 1. advocacy for necessary changes in women veteran benefits; 2. making recommendations to legislative and other bodies to improve the quality of life and benefits for them and their families: 3. conducting market research and analysis to determine if trends are changing or if statistics are improving; 4. holding monthly membership meetings and meet-and-greets in various cities, fundraisers, monthly virtual board meetings, annual board meetings, annual retreats and other special events; 5. building and maintaining a national database of a) women veterans, b) deceased women veterans, c) published resources, d) organization resources, such as veteran non-profits, veteran-owned businesses, veteran service organizations and federal/state agencies that service organizations; 6. education and mentoring programs; 7. managing a caregiver program; 8. rewards, celebrations, honors and recognition of women veterans; 9. publishing a national calendar of veteran events across the U.S.; 10. providing a veteran assistant program that provides funding for: emergency relief funds and disaster relief funds where needed; 11. managing a Volunteer Veterans’ Advocacy Program that covers all states in the nation, as well as Puerto Rico; 12. collaborating with other veteran organizations and partners to hold events and fundraisers, and build memorials, museums, healing centers, residential sanctuaries, community centers, and transitional housing for at-risk or homeless veterans; 13. provide public relations and marketing services for women veteran-owned business owners that cannot afford to pay for those services; 14. provide donation drop-off sites for women veteran clothing/shoes (and other necessities) in every state for homeless women veterans. The MOTTO of this organization is: “We are an ELITE group of PHENOMENAL women who served in the U.S. military to protect and preserve the liberties and freedoms of the U.S. Constitution.”
Founder and Army Veteran Stephanie Ferrell wanted to find her niche and find her tribe, someone to give back to in her life that needed help and this is where she found the need.
