Our target is the substation, data center, traction power and energy markets. This focus allows us to strategically identify market opportunities relative to needs; creating innovative solutions.
M.W. (Mick) Cleveland is the founder and a key Principal. Our corporate headquarters is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

History
EPIC was founded nearly twenty five years ago as a niche provider of medium power substations to industry as well as specification defined switchgear and transformers to electrical apparatus and drive systems manufacturers. These were engineered products which involved EPIC soliciting and qualifying optimal vendors to meet stringent client criteria.
As the 90’s drew to a close, EPIC identified a significant market opportunity with the introduction of the internet, to home and industry. The data center was born: A place to house and protect the required hardware (processors, storage devices, etc) to support this burgeoning market was necessary. To meet this need, EPIC Resources became a Schneider/APC sales partner; providing IT Infrastructure the New York City metropolitan area as well as North Carolina.
Management
The Principal of EPIC Resources, Inc. is an experienced marketing and sales professional who has networked and maintained operations in this industry for over 25 years. His intentional focus on the construction environment has produced extensive knowledge in targeting growth opportunities. This experience has ideally positioned us to meet the challenge of continuing to grow to an enviable market presence.
His combined educational background; engineering, specializing in power systems and an MBA in marketing, afford this individual extensive developmental sales and marketing command. Visionary abilities propel his marketing strategies years ahead of industry norms. Strong people skills make him the ideal leader for this committed effort and the leadership of EPIC.
EPIC’s model includes outsourcing for administrative, IT and accounting services; keeping our overhead expenses at a minimum.
