About Us

I help the owners of privately held and family-owned businesses achieve their dreams. That may include helping you grow your profits by at least 68% per year or building a team to help run the business for you so you can get some time back for yourself.

How We Got Started

I am a veteran who was a corporate executive for many years. After retiring I was asked to help out a bank in Boston that was in trouble during the subprime mortgage crisis. After acting as an executive coach for a year I started my own coaching business in 2012.

Very interesting. Not only has my digital behavior permanently changed as a business coach, all of the business owners I work with have altered their use of digital technology over the past year in ways that are permanent. Try to be in the most flexible position possible. Always consider where you are now and what the future will require and what opportunities present themselves. Provide value first. I’m a business coach with a commercial furniture client. They have already seen manufacturers increase prices twice because of tariffs. So far, no impact to sales but it has to affect the cost of starting or expanding a business. (more) I’m a business coach with a commercial furniture client. Ask my clients for referrals. They can articulate the value of working with a coach in a way that will hit a nerve with someone who has the same need. Nothing better. As a business coach, if I meet someone who is open to discussing their business with me, it's natural to schedule a meeting as soon as we both have access to calendars. Timing can be anything from tomorrow to within a week. If they're not open, there's no reason to follow up.
