How do you feel about hiring workers overseas to help in your business?

As anything in life since the invention of the coin - everything have 2 sides!
Good: Cheap cost
Bad:
Cheap quality
NO time able for delivery - you can count on 4 time longer as a basic rule
BAD communication
BAD business ethics
NO way to force any legal actions, refund in case of crooks

I bet to differ: The quality is the one you requested! Actually 4 to 8 times quicker than the states. Much better business ethics then the US! You treat them right, they treat you the same. They even feed you before doing any business. Bad communication...I somewhat agree. When you use translators...yes. I do not use translators almost at all. I talk engineering directly with the head engineer in the factory. If is good, we only need a piece of paper and a pen. If we do not understand each other....Is no good, I do not need to work with that factory, period! If you spelled right, pay in installments as work progress...send the lawyers to chase some ambulance or...I have no use for them!
