I'd say most business's need your services at some point within their client base so direct mail promotional pieces are most likely to get your service attention to accounts receivable.

You need to have a very good interviewing process. What I look to find out is the candidate Honest, how they handle conflict, do they have the skill sets for the position and I also do a role play asking the candidate to interview me, so the candidate can find out if were the company worth...

How they interview me tells me a wealth of information about the person. I don't seek to hire just employee's, I'm looking for employee partners.
