I am a Real Estate Broker specializing in Chicago.
My concentration is on both Commercial and Residential properties both on and off the mls.

I have 18 years of experience working with individuals, developers, and investors looking to acquire or divest themselves of land, single family homes, multi- unit and multi-family properties, and or the resale of new construction homes.

I truly enjoy every facet of the Real Estate experience and can bring added value to the transaction.

Sourcing property for repurposing and or new construction resale is something I do well. I can also take time to help a first time buyer locate, negotiate and become educated during the home buying process.

What tools would you use to bring commercial buyers to your residential properties?

Commercial buyers and residential buyers are typically polar opposites.  The only exception is a mixed- use property that has both a commercial and residential component.   Why would a commercial buyer be at al interested in a residential property?  The only scenario I can think of is if the... (more) Commercial buyers and residential buyers are typically polar opposites.  The only exception is a mixed- use property that has both a commercial and residential component.   Why would a commercial buyer be at al interested in a residential property?  The only scenario I can think of is if the zoning in a residential area could be adapted to a commercial one.  A perfect example of this would be if you had a bundle of residential lots or tear downs that could be sold as a package and then re-zoned ( up -zoned) to increase the density and amount of dwelling units.   Think TOD( Transit Oriented Development).
