After working in the industry for 17 years, I opened Windy City Process Serving Inc. to provide customers with a better, more efficient way to serve papers. I learned the ins and outs of process serving on the street for the first seven years serving all different kinds of papers. Foreclosure, divorce, collections and evictions were the most common types of cases. I learned about the court system inside and out to provide more knowledgable service to my customers. I took a management job with a start-up detective agency to provide volume process serving. We went from two to twenty employees in the first few years and obtained over $1 million in revenue in just a few short years. After 7 years in Corporate, I left and went to work for Lawgical, parent company to ServeManager and ServeNow. I helped them grow and obtain more clients and credibility as the first process server employee they ever hired. Just short of a year later, I left Lawgical and started Windy City Process.
