Success can be measured in many ways. 2020 is a year of Covid and many people who are having stress at home and also for their business. My business is personally exceptional , a busy year. Yet to me success if in making a difference to those in need of compassion and kindness. There are may who are finically touched and also emotionally. I decided to start baking bread , sour dough to be exact. So as I have never made sour dough but an advanced cook and bake in general I decided to learn.Since the start of COVID I have no as of today bakes with over 940 pounds of flour and deliver every day 2 to 4 loaves to random recipients , the elderly, your young, the ones in my own neighbourhood, my current and past clients and anyone who could use a little pick me up. I baked them in a COVID free kitchen , wrapped them to ensure they were safe for anyone getting them and places my card on the bag to make sure they could call if they had any clergies or were worried as to where the bread came for. So success to me at this moment is improving the quality of life for others, making their day a little easier and putting a smile on their face. It is not always about how much money you make its about making a difference.
