I typically just ask for a review....of course after they voluntarily tell me they had a great experience, best experience ever, etc. Sometimes they may not think of it on their own, but they are glad to do it once you suggest. After they verbally agree, I send them an e-mail with the link and mention the following: I let them know I realize it's above and beyond (not expected by me), and if they can share anything that would help other people that read it , great.
