About Us

I'm an Adjunct Associate Professor (remote) at University Maryland-University Maryland Global Campus (MBA Program Strategic Management Capstone) and Adjunct Professor (Palo Alto Community College - in the Logistics Management Program) who has taught supply chain management and logistics management for over 10 years for academic instructions such as Texas AM San Antonio. I also teach in the Doctoral (Doctor Business Admin/Doctor Strategic Leadership as a Chair and Reader) and MBA Programs at Liberty University. I am also the Founder of RVG International Consulting Firm, LLC (www.rvg-international-consulting-firm.org). I also have over twenty-five years of business experience in strategic management, marketing analysis, and supply chain management, and I am also a veteran of the United States Army. Also, I have developed management and marketing strategies that were used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my client's business operations in this global economy. I earned a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in International Business and Advanced Professional Business Certification in Marketing from Argosy University.

I also have a Juris Science Master of Law (JSM/LLM)-Summa Cum Laude) degree in International Taxation and Financial Services and a Graduate Certificate in Compliance and Risk Management from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. And an MBA from the University of Phoenix/Project Management and Webster University degree in Business Admin. How We Got Started

I started as a consultant who focused on providing Tariff Classification Expertise based on Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. (HTSUS) [2019] and on applying Supply Chain Finance, Marketing Research and Business Analytical , and International Logistics strategies and implementations to help small and medium-sized companies with their resources and capabilities, who are or not actively exporting or importing goods and want to get a better understanding of International Trade Compliance when conducting business transactions in the USA and foreign regions. For instance, these are the suggested steps: (1) listening to customers, (2) setting social media objectives, (3) defining strategies, (4) identifying the target audience, (5) selecting the appropriate tools and platforms, and (6) implementing and monitoring the strategy. Listening to customers and revising the social media plan to accommodate changing market trends and needs is key to an active social media plan.

(more) I agree with everything that Mr. Michael Zimmerman has stated because when it comes to using marketing schemes to promote or attract potential users, then, you may need to pay someone(s) to solicit customers for you, in which the "word of mouth" communication tactic is part of that promotional mix. That said, I also believe that you will still need to be involved in the business community by joining associations and attending networking groups or functions to build a relationship with existing customers and/or potential ones. With that in mind, I suggest that you create a marketing mix that focuses on communicating value(s) for your product(s) and service(s), and that my point of view on it and I wish you well on your consultant endeavors.
