The gatekeeper is there to block the disruptions of day to day traffic, especially sales people. I go-to the website, contact the resource coordinator. If I draw a blank I go straight to the President of the company and let them delegate. I will also have the conversation with the President of my attempt to acknowledge protocols. If I'm there it's because of the need of the product or the discovery of possible products that they are in need of that I could develop. It's urgent to me!  Also, keep in mind that Gatekeepers have to be won over. Don't sell your self short on gatekeepers. If you are knowledgeable on the key ball players, key services and you have discovered that you can bridge the gap the gatekeeper just maybe your go to person. Build the relationship. It just might surprise you!! Just make sure they are not using persuasion to get you not to return because of a favorite or favor with a blocking contractor. Go to the top opposed staff. Just remember to listen first. Come with a set of questions to ask to ensure that this is the company that fits your product! If this is executed properly success is on the way!!

Often times using partners for a specification of experience will allow you to gain investment opportunities, grants and contracts. Another advantage it may provide for you are collaborative agreements, assests to compete on large contracts, bridge service gaps for the big elephant little elephant syndrome and funding.  Additionally, I've utilized partners to gain relationships to build trust for more businesses opportunities for grown, sustainability and a larger network of resources to make doing business easier.  Shake hands with a new friend!

Your challenges become strong and without growing your network you loose your captive audience. Under the sole proprietorship, you gain individualized strength and the opportunities grow but your challenge is that you are now solo and you have to create the opportunities for the non profit as they come ...while juggling two visions and avoiding conflict of interest. No matter how great you are and how known you become; you have to use Business strategies and power thinking in all conversations... The challenge is know when to listen, know when to speak and know when to offer Consulting services... That is the biggest challenge of me obtaining contracts or fundraising... My new profit corporation forth coming is my resolution.. To my challenges...Thank you for asking. I believe that you and I should speak.. Need more fuel to fund new corporation.

The flexibility to age band grouped employees is key.. Review your demographics you want attract first... Then build. Stay away from high deductible plans and plans with long waiting periods: that includes dental plans and most importantly great pay with a pension after 1 year of service. Please add accident supplement. This puts money back if they are sick or hurt can't go to work and its low cost insurance. They can still continue it with no questions asked, and Guarantee issue just pay the small prem. $8-$12 per month and no under writing. Most employers do not think to add gap insurance, just dental. But, your employees will love it regardless because its affordable. I am a licensed Insurance agent. I could answer your questions at no cost to you! Just inbox me with your information.

Most companies have a community contact however, you will still have to more than likely work with them but, at least it will be a referred contact verses a direct contact and it allows the person that the gatekeeper reports be forced to copy them in and you can discuss and request that from the person that refers you..
