You never have a $0 advertising budget because time is money and money is time. So change your approach to how you invest in your future, and everything will change. The question I would ask you is who do you want to work with? Do you know 1-5 people who could value your work? Approach them and try a couple projects with them. Then from there build your client list and take 10% from what you make to invest in marketing for reaching more of those types of people.

Love this approach, great advice. Really WOM is going to be your biggest Lead generation once you get one great client, treat them right and ask them if they know 1 more person who would be a good client for you, be transparent, we all need help right now!
