Hi, I'm Beth, owner and Creative Director of Beth Sutton Real Estate Marketing. I help busy real estate agents and small businesses enhance their marketing strategies, offering services like website upgrades, social media management, and custom newsletters. With a focus on digital marketing, they enable agents to stay relevant and focus on selling, leveraging 40 years of consumer marketing expertise.

How We Got Started

With a decades-long background in advertising, working on national consumer brands at ad agencies in Atlanta and Cleveland, OH, I moved to the north GA mountains in 2019. In 2022, I landed at a Keller Williams office in north Georgia, where I discovered a passion for real estate marketing. That spark turned into a fire when a corporate layoff nudged me into starting my own business, helping agents and small businesses who need standout marketing without the big agency price tag.
Today, I get to blend decades of experience with down-to-earth service, partnering with real estate pros, entrepreneurs, and local businesses who want to grow their brand and look good doing it.
