How We Got Started

I worked for all the top commercial and residential construction firms in Atlanta starting at the age of 26 as a laborer. I was transitioning from a professional hospitality career having worked at some of the top resorts and restaurants nationwide. My wife and I had our firstborn child and decided the hospitality industry wasn't conducive to proper parenting.

I tell the potential customer up front that I charge  if I am being price shopped. Kinda like plumbers, HVAC and electricians do. I also charge Program Management fees for detailed bids. I started selling golf equipment and men’s shoes and clothing on EBay and it kept me alive. I started with $500 in cash for inventory and steadily doubled my money.
