The organization Charlie Wilson's was started in 1953...the year I was born. I wish I could say that I had a part in this but that is not the case. The name Charlie Wilson's has been institutionalized in the business community here in the Northern Kentucky and Southern Indiana area by exceptional customer service and a sincere desire to serve his guests with a heart and not just a good business mind. At 93, Charlie comes to work almost every day and greets our guests at the door with an introduction and a great big smile. I can tell you that it is absolutely my pleasure to work and serve in this business environment and for that....I am grateful!
I miss the local gas station where they filled your tank, cleaned your windows, checked your oil level and tire pressure, fixed everything and knew your children by their first name. "You can trust your car to the man who wares the star"! Yah....I miss that!

On many occasions I have gone the extra mile to help those who would purchase from me by giving delivery from the back of my pick up truck and setting up the product by myself the same day. Is it customary...no, is it cost effective...absolutely. A repeat customer is always plus factor!!!!
