The only difference we have encountered are the masks that people wear when they come inside the shop. Fortunately we don't have to have a lot of "in person" contact in this business. 99% of drawings, proof's, etc have been done via email for the past 20+ years. Vehicles get dropped off no contact, signs get made and picked up, no contact. Just a wave and hello and pay for the work you received. All that really isn't different. The only thing I do miss, because I'm old school, is the handshake when we close a deal. I still try to do it and make sure I lather up with hand sanitizer right after.
