If it is a company low balling we tell the customer remember you get what you pay for, are the companies low balling really going to stand behind their work if down the road they have issues. We aren't the highest and we aren't the lowest but we are in this to make money, along with that comes good service. It makes us sick when people come in and low ball because ultimately they are running themselves out of business. If the estimate is fair then match it and offer a little something to go along with it.
