That is a very good question, which is posed by many new business owners, here on Alignable. Since I am not in you field, I can only share from my business knowledge.

That is a very good question, which is posed by many new business owners, here on Alignable. Since I am not in you field, I can only share from my business knowledge.
First you are dealing with ADS ON TV, promoting personal home care services. Just because you can not spend the thousands of dollars to place those ads, does not mean you can not use them. How about reminding people that you do those services that are mentioned in those ads, and you are a real person contacting and willing to service them.
Second I would contact and share what services you provide with DOCTORS. By building a network of doctors that you stay in contact with, when they have a patient needing your services, they may recommend you. This would be a possible opportunity for an email monthly newsletter or perhaps a 1 page printed newsletter dropped off each month, where they see are are reminded of you.
Third I would go to a local mall or strip center and get permission to walk around with a clipboard, asking people to answer a quick questionnaire. Couple of questions and thank them a give them a small simple handout, like a business card or mini flyer.
To be honest all these ideas take time and effort. Face to face contacts with people who need your services or other service providers is the fastest. Have you contacted short term nursing homes, stores that sell patient products like crutches, oxygen supply, etc.

Is getting the right information worth a 10 minute phone call?
I agree with the comments that most companies do not know the facts. What I find with helping business owners qualify for Employee Retention Credit refunds, is that they know about it, but their understanding is that they do not qualify. With all the changes in the laws, what was not allowed before may now be allowed. An example with ERC qualifications is that before if you had a PPP loan or your sales went up, you did not qualify, but now that is not the case. Business owners need to talk with real tax experts who have filed for over 30,000 companies and refunded over $3.5 billion dollars to their clients. Is getting the right information worth a 10 minute phone call?
