Cell phones are not allowed in my shop while working on a vehicle. Cell phones are a major distraction and the job needs to be done right the first time for customer satisfaction. And as to meetings go no way. Put them away for 30 minutes. Shop meetings are once a month and pre planned so no excuse to bring a cell phone. Thanks I know my business is probably not the same as most people on here but that's what I do.
