I pay 50% of my employees health insurance to try to retain quality workers.But with all the problems with health care and rising cost people are searching for the cheapest and hope they don't get sick. We are on a group health plan with united health care.

Sales are always low before state fair time. But I am a full service repair shop we just sell cars when we get a couple. So hang in there sales will be back up after the state fair.

Towing is like a convenient store, and convenience has its own price. Also with all the overhead towing companies have and liabilities it is what it is. If someone has a contract with you and are towing a lot of cars then that would grant for a discount. Tell them to get AAA and they won't have...

Cell phones are not allowed in my shop while working on a vehicle. Cell phones are a major distraction and the job needs to be done right the first time for customer satisfaction. And as to meetings go no way. Put them away for 30 minutes. Shop meetings are once a month and pre planned so no...
