I've found that LinkedIn and Twitter have been the most helpful. However, I really didn't set up a good Facebook profile so I can't discount it. I've read that FB is very effective.

I haven't used Instagram much. YouTube is great if you'd like to make videos. I have yet to do a video for my business but I'm planning to for my new blog, SavvyDating.net. It's not live yet but you can read my dating posts on Medium.com.
