I just ran a quick analysis...

Page Speed Insight:
   Mobile - Failed 60%
   Desktop - Warning 71%

Needs to:  

• Enable Compression to reduce the size of data being sent over network
• Leverage Browser Caching to organize downloaded resources from a network
• 4 Blocking CSS Resources; causes rendering delay
• Proper Formatting and compression visual data to avoid unnecessary image load times

Overall, functional design with good call to action/contact info above the fold.  Since the majority of web traffic is mobile, and page speed is increasingly important with the average attention span rendering long load times insufficient for users, feel free to contact me for tips or help with improving :)

I like it. ...Can't find anything negative to say about it. I think you under-rate yourself, I'd give it an 8.5...only because I guess a 10 should really "wow" someone, ...and I don't think it does that, but it's truly 100% effective and accurate, and has all the basic necessities, like responsiveness, SSL, proper contact links, service information, all accessible from the home/landing page, ...so yeah, an 8.5.

I agree with D Sander, I think it's pretty solid (and I design websites for a living). You do a nice job of specifying the problem you solve, how you solve it, and why you should be hired. With that, I'd say you're getting all the critical things right. The design aesthetics are a bit lack-luster, so that could be improved to help compel people once they're on the site, as well as legitimize you a bit better, but all in all, I'd give you site a solid "B," which is not bad at all.
