How We Got Started
I started this business to follow my passion for planning and dream making. I grew up with my mother saying that I could do anything I put my mind to. I believe that to be true for everyone. I know the world will be better if we move with a clear vision, live our values, and manifest our vision.

In my business, being seen and heard and understood is the most powerful part of the coaching process. I do a few things as a coach to add value to the process. I support clients networking with each other. I keep an eye out for articles and other opportunities of interest. I also record our coaching sessions and provide share documentation of our sessions that they have forever access to which has provided added value to clients.
For my organizational planning clients, we work diligently to turn our plans around within 48 hours of the last planning session. We always include implementation plans and 90-Day workplans to support them moving forward immediately with what we have created together. I have also added 1:1 coaching with the leader to support them as things change in their strategic plans or if they hit a road block.

Everyone is concerned with Cash Flow - having enough money to do all that you need and desire for your business and personal. The real issue is getting underneath the financial challenges.
There are many reasons for financial challenges: Sales are down. Your pricing is too low. Your costs are too high. Inconsistent marketing, not enough marketing, or marketing that no longer speaks to your ideal clients. Outside forces are impacting you like changes in the economy or the circumstances of your ideal client or customer.
All of these issues lead back to scanning and planning. How are you scanning your environment t0 stay on top of what is happening? What is your internal scanning and planning process that allows you to make continuous improvements and adjustments in your business.

Churches are your best friend. I would set up a table once a month at some of the biggest churches in your area and spend money putting an ad in their bulletin and on their website. Then link my social media to theirs. I hope this late suggestions inspires your marketing efforts. It is so easy to get in a rut. Let me know how it goes.
