Well one of the things I use in my company when a customer is referred to me I like to know who referred them and I then contact the person or business and to say and show thank you I either send a small gift or give a discount to them when they shop with me again. Kinda like a loyalty program...

Kinda like a loyalty program for my brand the more referrals the better the discount because with my VIP customers I wouldn't have a business to begin with so I like to share it with them.
