About Us

As an entrepreneur, I have thrived by being flexible and open to multiple income streams. I also provide free services in the interest of adding years to life and life to years. My businesses consist of Architectural Design Services as an Architect, Fitness Instructor (Registered with the Zumba Instructor's Network - ZIN), and a Director with The Wellness Company (Essential Products that we use every day - Greener, Cleaner and Safer Products). If you have an interest in any of these things, I have an interest in sharing them with you!

How We Got Started

I got started working as a structural engineer for an established firm in Washington DC, where I served a tenure of 19 years. After which time I have served as CEO of my Firm until 2010. Since that time I have served as Director of Construction for a Mega Church in the Washington, Maryland and Virginia area. During that time I also discovered the benefits of Networking and more specifically Network Marketing which has served well in keeping up with residual bills through residual income.

How about going virtual on Zoom.  With the proper sound and video equipment and settings, you will be able to recover your classes.  I also would recommend a plan B that taps into your current network.  I would be glad to share some "how to's" with you.  I am currently doing it. I find the virtual environment very helpful and beneficial in my business.  A few examples:  I instruct a Zumba class.  When we were no longer able to meet in person, I went virtual.  After trying several different platforms, I landed on Zoom and now do Zoomba At The City and The Center.  We are... (more) I find the virtual environment very helpful and beneficial in my business.  A few examples:  I instruct a Zumba class.  When we were no longer able to meet in person, I went virtual.  After trying several different platforms, I landed on Zoom and now do Zoomba At The City and The Center.  We are able to continue our workouts and still see and talk with each other.  I use it for my on line shopping club to help people order through screen share.  This still gives a belly to belly, eye ball to eye ball feel without being physically present.  Business meeting with my work, architectural clients and consultants and webinar trainings on these virtual platforms has been invaluable.  Since you are able to record events, most remain available to you for on demand reviews of information.  When do you get that live.  Personally, if we never go back to a face to face meeting, I will not be mad.  There is always a silver lining in every cloud! :D
