Among our portfolio are single and multi-unit residential, financial institutions, clinics, hospitals, schools, resorts and hotels, retail stores, and offices.
How We Got Started
We have over 25 years experience selling, and installing all types of floor covering, including hardwood, luxury vinyl, waterproof plank, carpet, carpet tile, and ceramic, in a variety of commercial and residential areas.

While we don’t do holiday promotions, we do advise our customers to pre-plan projects early enough, so that their projects are not affected by shipping delays or mill closures. We are also currently running a 0% interest for 18 month special, that is helping customers to get these projects on...

I started my own business as a result of many customers requesting that I do. So I guess some people would say that I skipped a few steps in the process. They appreciated the work that I did, but hated having to pay the exorbitant overhead that many flooring stores and big box stores charge for their products. My clients have faithfully supported me, and I have received many new customers because of referrals from existing customers. Although the risk of failure is a possibility, being persistent, consistent, working hard, communicating with the customer regularly, and first and foremost, having a positive attitude drives our business success.

Treating our clients how we want to be treated. We believe strongly in communication! In an era where we have so many options for communication, it’s ironic how many clients tell us that it’s the timely returned call, e-mail, text, that made them decide to use our company or continue to use our services repeatedly. Many of my competitors refer to the adage “Don’t sweat the small stuff”- We have built our best relationships doing exactly opposite of that! Our customers want to feel like they are our only concern, regardless of how big or small of an account they are. Catering to the smallest needs of our customers builds great relationships, and often opens doors to great opportunities!
