I don't think there a misconception around the Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning business. After 20 years in the business I run into one of two type of potential customers. (1) Someone who wants the cheapest price possible because they don't want to do the work and will accept anything close...

I don't think there a misconception around the Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning business. After 20 years in the business I run into one of two type of potential customers. (1) Someone who wants the cheapest price possible because they don't want to do the work and will accept anything close to clean. This person went to the trouble to seek out a contractor but knew ahead of time that they were house poor and would rather collect their collectibles as oppose to having some work done to make their home feel like a home. Or, someone who likes the idea of coming home everyday after the work has been done and releases a great big smile on there face because their so happy with the end result, after getting the work done.
The weather. Folks are usually trying to get our services done before it gets too cold out. However, window cleaning can be done anytime in the afternoon during the month of December as long as the temperature is above 40 degrees. On the other hand, we will perform power washing only if the out...

The weather. Folks are usually trying to get our services done before it gets too cold out. However, window cleaning can be done anytime in the afternoon during the month of December as long as the temperature is above 40 degrees. On the other hand, we will perform power washing only if the out door temperature is above 50 degrees. Interior painting can be done anytime. As for our fees, we are priced well because it doesn't take us as long to do a job due to crew size.
